SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on Thalaivaa Store are confirmed within 24 hours of successful payment or order placement (including Cash on Delivery, where applicable). Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and prepared for shipment.

We deliver across India, as well as to Nepal, Bhutan, and selected international locations. Orders are packed securely and hygienically to ensure product quality during transit. Shipping charges, available delivery options, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders within India and selected locations. For international orders, including Nepal and Bhutan, payments must be completed online via our secure payment gateway before order confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, shipment and tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, and customs clearance for international shipments.

Customs Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authorities as per local regulations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Thalaivaa Store, we take great care in ensuring that our products are delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order has been delivered.

However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers must share clear photos or an unboxing video of the product for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion. Products reported after 24 hours of delivery or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.

Please note:

  • No returns or exchanges for used, opened, or tampered products

  • No returns or exchanges due to change of mind

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified damage or wrong product received
