Returns and Refund Policy

At Thalaivaa Store, we take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of health and nutrition products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

Returns

Our policy allows return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery only in eligible cases.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt, bill, or proof of purchase is mandatory

Certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Health and nutrition products once opened or used

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Used, opened, tampered, or partially consumed products

  • Any item returned after 7 days from delivery

  • Returns due to change of mind

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us verify and resolve the issue quickly, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and

  • An unboxing video (mandatory for verification)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery or without proper proof may not be eligible for support.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 days after approval:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank branch for pending entries

  3. If paid via credit card, contact your card issuer

If the issue persists, email customercare@thalaivaa.store or call/WhatsApp +91 98251 18110 with the subject “Pending Refund”, along with:

  • Bank passbook copy or

  • Credit card statement from the payment date to the present date

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Items purchased during sales or heavy discounts are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are provided only for verified damaged or defective products.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of verified damage or incorrect products received.

Return Shipping

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be shipped within 2 days of approval

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

For items valued over ₹5,000, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
